All rentals require an additional $250.00 refundable security deposit.
STEP 3: Drop off an envelope with 2 separate checks for the rental fee and security deposit
at the Clubhouse dropbox.
STEP 4: The Clubhouse Manager will contact you
when your reservation request has been reviewed.
STEP 5: Host your approved event.
STEP 6: The Clubhouse Manager will conduct a post-event inspection of the facility
prior to shredding or depositing your security deposit check.
