Welcome

Welcome to the official website for the Asturia Community Development District (the “District”). This website is funded on behalf of the District to serve two major purposes. The first is to comply with Chapter 189.069 of the Florida Statutes, which requires each special District to maintain an official website. The second is an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community. These agencies include but are not limited to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, Pasco County and the Asturia homeowner’s association.

Notice to Residents – Rangeland Boulevard Project

Please see the attached correspondence submitted on behalf of the District regarding ongoing and proposed development matters that may impact the community.

The District has provided feedback to Pasco County regarding the proposed Rangeland Boulevard project and has also submitted a formal objection to a development request within Asturia seeking to reduce required buffering. Both items address concerns related to traffic, pedestrian safety, landscaping requirements, and overall community impact.

We encourage all residents to review these documents for full details.
