ASTURIA TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (ATHOA)

The HOA is responsible for the f the covenants and deed restrictions specific to the townhomes, as governed by the adopted by-laws. They work in concert with the POA with respect to enforcement of these rules. In addition, the HOA is directly responsible for maintenance of the Townhome Community at Asturia Including exterior maintenance, landscaping, townhome modification requests, lease registrations and other approvals.

The HOA contracts with an association management company to provide association management services and handle the day-to-day affairs of the association

This is the official tool for communication between Townhome residents and the Property Manager and/or HOA.  You must register to use the app. Look for Asturia Townhome Owners Association (ATHOA).

Townhome residents pay a monthly maintenance fee to the HOA for services. These are paid to Centennial Bank, via autopay (ACH), consumer billpay service, or coupon (mail).
