ASTURIA TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (ATHOA)
The HOA is responsible for the f the covenants and deed restrictions specific to the townhomes, as governed by the adopted by-laws. They work in concert with the POA with respect to enforcement of these rules. In addition, the HOA is directly responsible for maintenance of the Townhome Community at Asturia Including exterior maintenance, landscaping, townhome modification requests, lease registrations and other approvals.

Townhome residents pay a monthly maintenance fee to the HOA for services. These are paid to Centennial Bank, via autopay (ACH), consumer billpay service, or coupon (mail).
